A 4-Class Series to Balance Hormones, Reduce Menopause Symptoms & Restore Vitality

Hormone Yoga Therapy is a dynamic and therapeutic practice for people in all phases of life, designed to reactivate hormone production through a combination of:

Students who enroll in the 4-class series will receive the replays for the duration of the series (Jan 8 – Feb 8). Because this technique is precise replays are offered only during the active series period, to support correct practice and safety.
