Community Class Program
CLASS SCHEDULE
SUNDAYS 9-10am Live in Santa Monica at Palisades Park (Ocean Ave, just south of Idaho). Class may be cancelled due to weather or poor air quality.
WEDNESDAYS 9-10am During June this class will meet at 1225 3rd Street iLive in Santa Monica.
FRIDAYS 2-3pm PDT Live at Palisades Park or Online (depending on conditions)

Community classes are offered by Giving Naam and supported by donations. This program provides a way for anyone to access this practice.
Naam breathwork, movement, and meditation align the body, mind, and nervous system for optimal health. It encourages a higher form of mental, physical and spiritual self-awareness and personal development.
This is a practice that serves anyone who wants to feel more vitality, improve their organ health, stimulate the brain, and open the heart.
Naam classes combine the ancient spiritual wisdom of eastern yoga and meditation with western science. All are welcome!
