Hello and welcome! We here at Naam Yoga feel so very blessed to have you join our Naam community.
As you know, Naam Yoga is a place for healing, meditation, yoga and education. In these lectures you will find a wealth of knowledge to guide you on your journey.
Our teachers are truly exceptional yogis and very devoted to the work of Naam. They teach us that vibrant health is available to everyone. In addition, we learn that when we heal ourselves, we heal our families, we heal our communities, and we heal the world. So you see, we really are all interconnected!
For many of you the spiritual elements woven into the meditation and yoga sequences will be new. Just know that Dr. Joseph Michael Levry, the founder of Naam Yoga, has so carefully and lovingly researched and curated these techniques and has crafted a meditation and yoga practice like no other.
Many of you have come here to regain good health. Through the combination of movement, breathwork, and sound, Naam Yoga will strengthen and tone your hormonal, endocrine, brain and nervous systems giving you the building blocks you need to create a healthier mind and body.
Starting your practice is easy – just begin by watching the videos. There are short ones which introduce you to concepts and techniques and longer ones that feature a full class or kriya. As you go along, if you have any questions or need guidance, please reach out to us.
