Community Shakti Naam Yoga classes include the basic movements, breathwork, and mantras. NAAM Yoga can heal and align the body, the mind and the nervous system for optimal health, and encourage a higher form of mental, physical and spiritual self-awareness and personal development. It's a practice that combines the ancient spiritual wisdom of eastern yoga and meditation with western science.
These classes are available for free, in-person at Palisades Park in Santa Monica (Ocean Ave, between Idaho and Washington). Bring a mat, sign in when you arrive.
