Community Shakti Naam Yoga classes include basic movements, breathwork, and mantras. NAAM Yoga can heal and align the body, the mind and the nervous system for optimal health, and encourage a higher form of mental, physical and spiritual self-awareness and personal development. It's a practice that combines the ancient spiritual wisdom of eastern yoga and meditation with western science.
These classes are available for free, in-person at Palisades Park in Santa Monica (Ocean Ave, just south of Idaho). Bring a mat. Please sign in when you arrive.
