LA Community Wellness Experiences

While the fires have ended, their impact is ongoing. In times like these, it may be easy to ignore our self care, but we need it! And to gather with others can feel extra supportive.

Giving Naam, in partnership with Cancer Support Community Los Angeles and Tower Cancer Research Foundation/Magnolia House, is offering three free live events to help people affected by the wildfires heal physically, mentally, emotionally.

Thank you to all who joined us on February 6th for LA Nervous System Regulation & Resilience Experience.

Events include Naam breathwork, gentle movement, sound vibration, mudra therapy, meditation, and deep rest. Please join us, bring your loved ones.

Upcoming Events: Thursday, March 13 and Thursday, April 10
Time:
10am to 12pm PST
Location: 1990 South Bundy Drive, Suite 100, Los Angeles, CA 90025

Enrollment is open for the March 13th event.
