“This is the age of transformation, and Sukshmah Vyayama, in its purest form, offers the world the ultimate gift: the healing power to restore balance, peace, and vitality in a chaotic world.”— Dr. Joseph Michael Levry
About the Sukshmah Method:
This breathwork practice helps regulate the nervous system, calm the mind, and unlock the body’s natural resilience. When done consistently, it restores clarity, strengthens inner stability, and supports emotional balance—offering a reliable path away from destructive patterns and toward lasting energy and peace. For those seeking grounded tools for healing, strength, and renewed purpose, Sukshmah is a quiet but powerful practice. No prior experience necessary.
What to expect:
This is not a typical postures based yoga practice. It is a dynamic combination of breathwork and precise movements, along with sound vibration and rest.
Please wear comfortable layers, bring water to sip as needed, use a yoga mat or an armless chair that’s not on wheels, have a blanket and/or pillow nearby for rest at the end of class.
