What to expect

Join a guided practice designed to uplift your spirit, calm your mind, and energize your body.

Naam Meditation combines precise musical compositions with ancient mantras and specific mudras for an impactful vibrational experience.

You’ll receive a mantra sheet with your materials. Mudras will be demonstrated by meditation leaders—just follow, move, and chant at your own pace.

Wear comfortable clothes, find a place to sit, and keep water nearby (hot water is ideal). Join for the full session or drop in when you can. This event will be Online and In-Person.
