About Your Teacher
Dr. Allyn enjoyed a very successful business career over the span of her corporate lifetime. She knows well the demands and toll one’s work can take on their mind and body. She is currently a Mind-Body Mentor/Wellness Coach, Yoga, Breathwork & Meditation Teacher, and a Teachers Trainer. Certified in Vinyasa, SmartFLOW, Shakti Naam, Naam Therapies, Yin, and Restorative Yogas, Dr. Allyn is known as an expert teacher of safe postural alignment, breathwork, and mindfulness practices. She is registered with the Yoga Alliance as a 500+hour Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher and Continued Education Provider. She is dedicated to guiding her clients and students through the personal transformation process in person and via webinars; privately and in group settings; at companies, studios, and exotic retreat locations.
