Naam Stress Relief Collection
Our bodies can handle stress in small doses, but when it becomes long-term or chronic, it can have serious effects. Chronic stress can contribute to long-term health problems.
Through breathwork, movement, meditation and sound vibration, Naam Yoga has physical benefits that aid the brain and nervous system, directly affecting the body's stress response. It supports neurogenesis and stimulates brain cells to grow and connect with each other in complex ways. Naam Yoga activates under-utilized neural pathways and connections, improving their health and usefulness.
Sound can help reduce stress, muscle tension, and symptoms of certain health conditions. The music used in Naam Yoga classes is composed using a rare mathematical system that is known to restore healthy rhythms within the body. This music is paired with therapeutic mantras, creating an advanced form of sound therapy that is based on the divine mathematical proportion of the Golden Ratio and its relationship to energetic frequencies.
