The easiest way to log-in is: 

1. go to: https://nyla.naamyoga.com. 
2. Log-in with your email and password
3. Click on "My Courses"
4. Find the course titled "Illuminate" to find out the schedule of events OR click directly on the "channel" you are looking for.
5. Once in the Illuminate Channel - go to the left side and scroll down until you see: Included Channels, Classes & Workshops. Click here to view content

If this is a channel

1. Go to the channel: Artist Name - Illuminate
2. View the schedule for the week, or click directly on the link for live viewing.

If this is a live event/class:

1. Click on the class/name/date you want - You will see a note that says ....."link"
2. Click on the word "Link" and you will be put in the waiting room to be admitted
3. Normally you will be admitted right at the time of the class, not prior

If this is a video:

1. Click on the class/name/date you want
2. The video will open in the next window.
3. You can pause, rewind and replay as you desire.
