Tracey’s Vinyasa Level 1-2 classes are all inclusive and suitable for anyone who wants to tune in to the vastness within, while creating a little distance from the ever changing external world. You will learn how to calm your mind and body with breathing and mindfulness techniques, and how to safely align your body, breath and mind. Come as you are, walk away feeling a profound sense of inner strength, calm and peace.

She has a calming, loving approach that lures you into challenges you didn't even know you could manage. With Tracey’s gentle words of encouragement, she teaches you how to remain calm and peaceful internally, so that you can gracefully and compassionately handle any challenge you meet on your mat, and even in your external life. Tracey believes that any healing work we do on ourselves ripples out into our lives and helps to heal the world.
