The easiest way to log-in is: 

1. go to: https://nyla.naamyoga.com
2. Log-in with your email and password
3. Click on "My Courses"
4. Find the course titled Masterclass (Please note that online Masterclass Subscriptions should select their subscription series, rather than the single class)
5. Click on that class.

To view the class (Zoom Opens at 8:45am PST, Masterclass at 9:00am PST):

1. You will see a note that says .....READY TO VIEW LIVE AT 10:45AM PDT? CLICK HERE TO JOIN!
2. Click on the link that says: CLICK HERE TO JOIN MASTERCLASS and you will be put in the waiting room to be admitted, or if the class has started you will join the class.
3. We ask that you turn on your video so that we can see you and participate in the class with you.

2. The video (s) will open in the next window.
3. You can pause, rewind and replay as you desire.
